All products may be returned within 20 days after receiving your order:
*Full refund if product is in condition it was shipped in.
*Exchange for a different product if product is in condition it was shipped in.

Postage cost to return products will not be paid by stoicSCHISM. Return product/s at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for your incoming returned product/s being lost in mail. Please take extra time to ensure your return product/s will be delivered safely to us.
*My product has a printing error/I received an incorrect product, what do I do?
If your product has an error or is incorrect please contact us within 20 days and provide your paypal e-mail and order number. Instructions will then be given for either a return or an exchange.
*The estimated shipping time has passed, when will I receive my product?
Please contact us and provide your order number and name and we will look into it and ensure your package is delivered.
